2.5, upped from 0.5 a year or so ago, went from running slooow on min settings to super-smooth on max

Anyways, I run 2GB of (rather slow) DDR2 RAM, the game itself loads pretty fast, however it's my graphics card that I'd like to upgrade. I get about 28-30 FPS average on High Settings, no AA.

my bf2 at full settings uses up about a gig. On top of that I alt-tab out of the game and surf the internet quite a bit. Im using 2 gigs and it works fine. 4 gigs would be perfect
