As a rule, with few to no exceptions, I don't see why anything that doesn't directly cause situations that can be harmful to others should be banned. If you get fat off of McDonalds, it's your own fault, and unless you trip over and fall onto someone, it isn't harmful to anyone else. Your own choice, your own consequences. well I weigh 260lbs but I normally cycle atleast 20 miles a week plus go to the gym at least once a week yet technically im obese.
P.S the most ive cycled in a week is 60 miles but if i do that im knackered at the end of the week.
