I read today on a blog that a lawsuit has been filed in Federal Court of Philidelphia by this lawyer Philip J Berg? against Barack Obama against his qualifications to be POTUS. The lawsuit is trying to accomplish that a (restraining order?) is to be filed so he cannot go to the DNC and therefore not get the nomination .

Between him lying to the Supreme Court already and all the other shananigans he wont answer, its about time.

Does the fact that the media has the Obama's running mate mystery as the top story for the past days with hardly a mention of McCain's running mate give a clue?
