No so fast, Tex. The year I moved to Texas, there was a story on the news about a burgler getting hurt in someone else's home and successfully sueing the owners for not helping him. I don't think he got any real settlement, but he didn't spend a minute in jail.Bradt3hleader wrote:

actually if he is just on your property, you have to give a warning. you can just shoot only if he is breaking and entering/wielding a weapon.Bradt3hleader wrote:
