basically what i want to do is bind a key to say hello or whatever in the say ALL/say TEAM section without typing it.is that possible in this game?
As far as I know there is no way to bind a key within BF2, however if you have a keyboard that supports macro's I suppose it would be possible to make a macro key that would carry out all of the keypresses to say 'hello' in-game.

I dont know about that, but i certainly need some more commander buttons such as:
-I'm the Commander and you will Obey Me!
-Stop honking you're horn at me and go get a flag!
-LOL @ Squad Number ?
-Commander loves you
-I want a big radius of claymore's around the Hotel.
-Spawn number 3 is not covered by a support spawn killer, get on it!
-If you dont get a flag soon i will personally pistol whip each and everyone of you.
Also to beable to negotiate with the other commander:
-Commander surrender now and we will kill you only and let you're men live.
and remember always use the "say all" function when you are telling you're team mates were the armor is, this will give the other team a fear and they will make nervous mistakes, or it will distract them completley by engaging in long conversations with you.
These easy to use buttons will save the Core much time, thankyou.
