From time to time, i'll see white speckles on usually my weapon.
The only time I really notice this is when I'm parachuting in on Warlord... This happens on other games other than BF2.
Anyone else have/had this problem?
My Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1.81 Ghz
1024 MB of DDR RAM
Sapphire 9800 SE 128 MB RAM (softmodded with Omega drivers as a PRO)
That should be all thats important.

Thanks in advance

Probably because you softmodded your card.  Softmodding isn't a way to get a free upgrade, your card is a 9800SE for a reason - it failed the certification for a proper 9800.  This could mean the chip isn't fully rated up to the maximum clock, or the RAM they supplied is of a lower quality.

Try downclocking the card and see if you get the same results.  I'd guess it's a graphics related problem, mainly coming from you being a cheapskate

Naw, see, it's really just a cheap out. When ATI sold the card manufacturing rights to other companies, they closed 4 of 8 graphics pipelines. My card is NOT overclocked. It simply has been softmodded.
And before you pass judement on me, I didn't have alot of knowledge of video cards at the time of it's purchase. and a friend picked it out for me. He said it'd be fine if I just softmodded it. As it has been, but with the exception of the white speckles and on some games I get it as well.

And to whoever said my card is overheating, no, my card is not overheating. It only happens when I use AT rockets I have concluded.
