I can run BF2 on a 6800 Ultra 256MB AGP with no lag. You don't need an 8800m or 9800m to do the same thing.

at home ill be running it on my 22" lg screen.
this screen doesnt support lower resolutions, unless you like massive unsymettrical black bars on the sides and top!
it just seems a shame to have a £600 desktop there just to run bf2 which nowadays isnt really resource demanding...

lol, I have one with a Go 7600 in it. After an hour of gaming, it gets hot and my palm sweats. I miss hitting the w,a,s,d keys sometimes.Beduin wrote:

Are you plugging it into an external 22" widescreen monitor? Most laptop screens are far tinier than that.
