I don't think anyone in their right mind will claim that sleep deprivation is worse than being executed but it doesn't change the fact that if you torture someone (be it via sleep deprivation, waterboarding, physical beating, sensory deprivation or razorblade torture) when they are in fact innocent it is a crime. If you legislate for practice like this or consciously allow it to occur and innocent people are subjected to this kind of treatment then you are implicated in that crime.usmarine wrote:
