I don't really think sleep deprivation is torture per se but I do think it is inhumane. I also think that any information, particularly confessions, are of questionable veracity when obtained under conditions of sleep deprivation.DBBrinson1 wrote:

There doesn't need to be hundreds usmarine. The legal institutions of a civilised nation are there to protect innocent people and when said legal system allows for a scenario that can see even just one innocent person abducted, detained and tortured then the system has failed.usmarine wrote:
