I would think that company should have thier ass handed to them. But it probably won't.
Anyone else think that it should be a major Felony employing illegals?
These stories are kinda getting old... well guess since i hear a lot here in Iowa anyways they'll be back and maybe greater numbers like it always happens...

The new laws are requiring employers to check the names via the program.
The companies like Compupay and others that prepare payroll checks are flagging bad SS numbers and the employers are supposed to get rid of them. If they don't, do you really think that nothing happens?
Meaning, this company knew it was breaking the law and just figured they wouldn't be noticed.
They likely got flagged by their payroll company or even HR department when they kept issuing checks to SS numbers they know are bogus.
What's really funny is when they start communicating finding out that the some type of law enforcement officials is gonna come by and do some type of raid usually they know they are coming well at least here in Iowa.

And after those 6 months the very same illegals will go back to working there under different names and things will continue as if it never happened. I've got first-hand experience...
Anyway, they really need to deport the fuckers. Kicking them out of their jobs won't do anything, they'll just find new ones. Oh, and preferably be deported to another country (like Argentina or Chile, somewhere further down).
If it was even possible to deport them to those countries listed they're still gonna come here no matter what until a country can show off that they'll provide jobs and more benefits your gonna get illegals coming here still.
