I didn't know Newegg even used DHL, the only options I get are FedEx and UPS.

DHL is shit in Aus too
Every time I have used them they have taken at least twice as long on average as UPS... and they give about 1/4 of the updates in tracking info, often I haven't gotten any tracking info until like the day before...blademaster wrote:

I like UPS, I hate DHL and FEDEX. Once, the FEDEX guy delivered my package to the wrong address. On the tracking info, it said delivered, left at front door. I walked around my house 3 times and it was not at my house, it must have been at someone else's.
Another thing about FEDEX is that sometimes they don't deliver the package if it gets too late. They have to go home around 9 or something. Where I am from, you get your work done before you go home, you don't just stop what you are doing then leave.

everything that I have ordered came with TNT (it's my work too) but didn't have a prob with them so far (since I work for the Logistics department and the package department isn't another wing)
brother ordered his new screen yesterday at like 4 in the afternoon, came today at 1 in the afternoon.
was funny when the guy had to lift my LCD TV 3 floors up tho... he only say "TNT" so I didn't know what the hell he wanted to deliver (you think it might be, but you know) till he finally came all the way up there and couldn't even say "here you go" because he was outta breath

but the size of the box + the weight & the small (but heavy other box )
I have to do it too tho everyday, not 3 floors up since I only pick up stuff from the government here and hospitals... and hospitals are the worst.... they make bags/packages where I could say "bring me straight to the hernia room".
Helping out with deliveries was always the best thing when I was working though. Being out and about and doing active work, I love it
