I'm looking for it because on one episode they had this dude that made a song. I don't remember the song's lyrics except in the video he walks along a board walk or something and the screen has a blue or grey sort of hue to it and he sings

Heard it in Computer Graphics this morning on the internet radio that was somehow wired into the intercom speaker. I could barely hear the lyrics but I could tell it was the song. It came out in 2004 I think.
There are additional lyrics but I can't remember anything because I could barely hear it. Something about: "will this last forever", I don't remember for sure if that's what it was, I had a lot of other shit going through my mind today.
