Why am I so unlucky?
I buy games and some of them just don't work or suck.
MOH:Airborne, crashes during install or when I put the DVD.
Stranglehold was a complete waste of money.
Kane & Lynch doesn't work and crashes everytime.
And now I bought this game Alone in the dark for pc and it fucking crashes at start up.
This is fucking pissing me off.

What video card are you using, I had some problems running games because of my drivers weren't up to date. I take it your using Vista?

Got the lastest driver.

I tried google and I couldn't find any answer for you. Maybe something is funky with the XP install.

No, but i wqas thinking about that because in the game manual there is only a controls page for the xbox360 controller.

To be honest, AITD is very buggy. It crashed my GPU driver several times, freezes up, sound stutters and of course some gameplay crap..

I'm going around some forums and I can see how the game is buggy, I'm afraid of buying GfW games because, Kane & Lynch doesn't, this doesn't work, Gears of War works sometimes and sometimes doesn't and Lost Planet has audio problems.....It might be just a coincidence since World in Conflict works great and same for FFoW.
