nVidia Control Panel is Different...

My nVidia Control Panel seesm to be missing a performance section, and possibly other sections on the left hand side.
Mine looks like this:

Is there a way I can uninstall the control panel, and install the latest version? I looked for it under Add/Remove Programs and it's not there.
edit: Is this nHancer program what I need?

Mine did that when I installed the new Performance Pack or whatever with the Physx support, I don't know how to get it back, and I don't care tbh, NV control panel is shit imo, I don't use it for anything.

not sure mate but i know to get the overclocking options i had to agree to a disclaimer before i could change the clock settings/they appeared.

n-tune killed my computer. It ended up automatically changing my clocks on my card and caused my system to be horribly unstable to the point where it would hang 5 seconds after booting up to Windows. Hope it doesn't happen to you.
