Does anybody here use/own one? If so, what would you recommend? I've been looking around and the 2 most common brands are Philips and Braun. I'm not sure which one to go for and whether it would be a good investment. Any suggestions guys?

I seriously doubt these things do anything over a regular brush. I mean, you're using friction against your teeth, how do you improve on that?
