Recently i bought the X-fi notebook express card soundcar for my lappy and Vista 64bit wont recognize it when i put it in.

Specs - Asus M70VM B1 lappy
T9400 C2D
4gb ddr2 800 ram
9600m gs
200gb 7200rpm hardrive

Any ideas on why it isnt recognizing the card or why it doesnt come up?

The card slot works but all i need is for vista to recognize it.

Maybe look for it under My Computer? TBH, I don't really know.

Go to Control panel and add new hardware if that helps.
