I think ICP v4 and ICP v6 would make for a very interesting comparison. Do it.
NetBIOS isn't really an Internet protocol. It needs to run on top of a transport protocol to traverse the network, so at best it's a session protocol. I don't see any practical use in comparing anything but IPv4 to IPv6. Ancient history and niche protocols that you'll likely never use are of no use to you.
