Danzka Vodka tbh.
Stolichnaya is crap, yo.
My favorite is maybe Kettle One.

Get the Goose or Belvie. You will pay more, but it is worth it. If I were you, I'd ditch the vodka all together and get a nice bottle of scotch.

I really can't drink whiskey. It's something I should work on.

Belvedere, Grey Goose taste good, but it's pretty much all the same. You pay for a smoother taste - if you plan on downing a bunch of vodka to get drunk, what's the point of paying for a top shelf bottle?
I've had $10 bottles of charcoal-filtered vodka that taste like shit, so you aren't going to convince me that putting shitty vodka through a charcoal filter is going to make any vodka taste much better.

I don't even think I've ever drank "Premium" vodka before. Unless I have, and I just can't remember the name of it. I dunno. Vodka is Vodka.

Hate the taste of it, I just down it and drink something else.
i've only had stolichnaya, would have it over beer any day
Ask Mythbusters. Your everyday low cost Vodka tasted the same as the top shelf Vodka when it was taste tested by some championship Vodka drinker.
I try to not to drink Hard liquor I get really stupid when I do. I stick to beer and the occasional shot of something, but I have had some really good premium Vodka some were amazing
iirc he sorted the drinks in perfect order from the swill to the top shelf, and accurately placed those that were filtered (from 1 times filtered all the way to 8 times filtered or so) in correct order as well. but the mythbusters and their assistants got it all wrong, sometimes placing the swill at the top. so unless you can really tell the difference, dont waste the money. and personally i despise all vodka as rubbing alcohol you can drink, but the only one ever recommended to me was pravda by a friend who manages a bevmo.Ryan wrote:

Finlandia
If you want purity, go Russian.
If you want character (i.e. some actual attributes so you feel like you're drinking more than ethanol) go Polish (usually spelt Wodka).
Personally I've come to hate most Russian vodkas because they're boring and all the same - going for filtered clarity rather than having the unique flavours that the whole point of drinking is about.
My favourite vodka right now is Soplica, it's not exactly the best money can buy but I'm on a budget and it's the nicest I can buy in a bog standard shop.
