Here is the real content I should have used.

Contrast this (the photo and caption on the right) and this (the first quote). She didn't tell Congress no thank you until it became politically expedient to do so, much after the time she indicated she had said that. Maybe she didn't explicitly lie, but she conveyed an extremely false and dishonest portrayal of her actions. What a dirtbag.
