I'm playing Bad Company atm but I can't seem to join any players on my friend's list for a game..How the fuck do you do it?

Gotta invite them into a squad. I don't think the XMB allows you to join people's games...but I'm not sure, I have it on my 360, not my PS3.

From what I had heard (at least for the demo?) you have to create a custom game, you can invite people from there.
