I dislike o'rly because he's a hypocritical moron, I don't care who goes on his show cause I don't fucking watch it. As for Oprah, I don't have a pussy, so I don't really keep track of her lineup.usmarine wrote:

Oprah doesn't claim her show is about news or politics.usmarine wrote:

they are the same. they are both talk shows. not sure how you can argue that.TheAussieReaper wrote:

That's like saying Terry Pratchett rights Defense Contracts for India.
they're the same. Oprah is to snatch as O'Reilly is to assholes.TheAussieReaper wrote:

One pretends to be a political show, the tackles tough subjects like "the face behinds Elmo's voice" and "Oprah's favorite new watch". You don't see a difference there?usmarine wrote:

Oprah isn't exactly writing information in syndicated newspaper columns, via radio broadcasts, and political only TV shows.usmarine wrote:

o'rly talks about tons of other shit and you know it. you can play games all you want, they are still both talk shows. doesnt matter the subject.chittydog wrote:

they are just pissed NPR failed because nobody in this country wants to listen to liberal babble.lowing wrote:

NPR is the socialist, government wellfare radio. You're thinking of air america.usmarine wrote:

lol....actually that is true. everyone can see through liberal bullshit that a liberal talk station just could not be taken seriously and ever liberal show that has tried has been completely blown out of the water because they can not stand up and defend their own arguments.usmarine wrote:

Blacks supporting each other because of a factor other than race? Never...chittydog wrote:
Stereotypers will hate this idea, but it's entirely possible that Oprah supports Obama for his stance on the issue and not because he's black.
You'd have a better chance at least. Welfare state has virtually become the battle cry for the left.chittydog wrote:
For that matter, would you ever hear a modern day Republican say that?Kmarion wrote:
If Lincoln were alive today he'd assassinate himself. But yes political positions change. Kennedy had a good amount of conservative values. I mean cmon.. would you ever hear a modern day Democrat say "My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country."..gtfo lol.Reciprocity wrote:
yes, as long as you have no knowledge of political parties or the 19th century, the republicans did free the slaves.
Lemme just say, if Lincoln were alive today, he would be a Democrat, or at least a liberal independent. Lincoln's republican party was basically the polar opposite of what it is today. As the democrats then were the polar opposite of what they are now.
exactly. Republicans like Nine eleventon P. Heromayor Rudy Giuliani and Sarah the Barracuda/bulldog Palin would never deride anyone's community service. If anything, they'd show respect for a person's desire to help their community, whether it's cosmopolitian or rural.Kmarion wrote:

A Republican and a Democrat were walking down the street when they came to a homeless person. The Republican gave the homeless person his business card and told him to come to his business for a job. He then took twenty dollars out of his pocket and gave it to the homeless person.
The Democrat was very impressed, and when they came to another homeless person, he decided to help. He walked over to the homeless person and gave him directions to the welfare office. He then reached into the Republican's pocket and gave the homeless person fifty dollars.
Now you understand the difference between Republicans and Democrats
