Any setup by people with the slightest bit of common sense will auth with some dynamic dot1x system, or a tightly locked down NAC billing platform. Any setup by people without the aforementioned common sense will likely have a lot of people who're very willing to contact the authorities regarding the federal(?) crime you're committing by doing that.
