Currently I am a master sergeant coming from gunnery sergeant. I have all the requirments to be a first sergeant but i have not moved up. In ubar it says 20,000 pts to move from gunnery to master then to get to first sergeant, it says 20,000 pts plus all the basic badges which i have to move to it. why have i not moved up in rank. anyone please. thanks. check my stats dezcapt is the name.
yeah think that you must have been promoted before you got all the badges.

In case you allready had all the awards before you were promoted the problem could be you received the basic en vet bade for a class in the same round. In that case the stats do not register you ever getting you basis badge...
not true, i got myh vet knife badge and basic and they registered as 2 different awards.ResDog1 wrote:

Yes, but there is a bug in the ranking system as ResDog was trying to point out. I guess he should have stated it this way: If you get the basic and vet in the same round for a particular badge, the basic badge will not be registered for purposes of the higher ranks that require it.Canadianinvasion wrote:

In other words you will get the Master Sergeant rank and not the First Sergeant if it was a badge that is required for First Sergeant.
