Chasing another jet, they bail out and parachute- I fly into them hoping for a kill- my jet explodes, they kill me.

Bind parachute to your space bar. Back up your config files in "My documents\battlefield 2\profiles\0001\" (or whatever number your profile is) and move them to another folder, then edit controls.con InfantryPlayerControlMap (the top section).
It will already have the following for the normal jump bind:

Find the parachute line that saysControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_PIAction IDFKeyboard IDKey_Space 10000 0
And edit it so that space bar also parachutes. Change it to the following:ControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_PIWeaponSelect9 IDFKeyboard IDKey_9 10000 0
Once you've done that, save the file and make it read-only. You can now jump & parachute using the same keyControlMap.addKeyToTriggerMapping c_PIWeaponSelect9 IDFKeyboard IDKey_Space 10000 0

Sniping on a quiet, distant hilltop and then having the silence broken by a USMC player shouting 'Medic' before knifing me. I recall BlaZiN.uk doing this to me at any rate.
I happened to kill my irl friend while on the same team by parachuting on him. He jumped down from the roof first and I presumed that he had gotten away... obviously he didn't 'cause I managed to land right on his head. That was humiliating for both of us... That round didn't start very good for me, just about ten seconds later I killed another team mate (well it was his f*cking fault.) When I started firing my PKM upon enemy soldiers he apparently decided that running across my line of fire would be a great idea (silly sod.) Great first couple of minutes, -8 -8 0 1.
When I'm shooting like crazy at an enemy with a G36C and they just run up to me and knife kill me. That really p!sses me off.

having your teammate drive a vehicle at u full speed and u dont hit E in time.....
jumping out of my jet seconds before it explodes from the linebacker directly below me, free falling w/ c4 in hand(I've become very good at landing on vehicles to c4, run away and detonate) then a UAV is spawned and while free falling I land on it and die. =/
