i want a new pc case, my requirements are...

enough room for a gtx280, tuniq tower 120. corsair 520 modular.

VERY quiet, will be aircooled and cpu overclocked by about 1ghz per core.

no side window

roomy enough for 3 hdd's and 2 dvdrw drives.

I have an antec 900 currently and its great, but it has 5 fans and even with 3 turned off completely its still way to noisy.

I don't have any recommendations for your needs, but have you tried installing a fan controller on your 900? You can drop the fans down to a whisper when doing anything other than gaming.

way too noisy?  if you truly have everything on low (make sure your video card/heatsink fan isn't running too fast), then it should be hella quiet.  my 900 is whisper quiet.
