But basically my girlfriend told me to look out the window and there was this huge column of smoke rising above the building across from us. Turns out this thing happened maybe just less than 2 km from our place.

I got a few books I can recommend for those of you looking to learn German.

But no idea how the fire started. Just that it happened. Sucks, it was the main office of the company that owned it, so everything got destroyed. They're saying millions of Euros worth of stuff.
