OK step by step how it works.
HAARP centre anteni fires a 3.6 million watt charge into atmosphere.
The charge hits the ionsphere and gets charged to a billion watts somehow ( apparently ionsphere has alot of transferable energy)
The charge can then be directed as radio waves to a certain location.
The billion or so watts of radio waves smashes through the layers of the earth and "vibrate" them causing an effect similar to an earthquake.
Not too sure if this is true or not, seems pretty compelling and makes some sense...
Cant see it working in practise though, although the vid i posted makes a compelling argument.
What i really want to know is... if this is really to be used as an earthquake machine will this be enough to keep the russains/ chinese in check, and will it be used to provoke or deter another major war. Sort of reminds me of ion cannon.
