I got an Email from DICE. They themselve speak about 1.50
Battlefield 2 Update 1.50 is still in development and we are currently working with game partners to make Battlefield 2 a more secure gaming environment. More news regarding the release will be released in the near future.

EA guys are making a new patch for bf2, but it isnt 2.0. its the 1.5
Patch 1.5 fixes Bf2 completely.
Patch 2.0 to be released a week later to reverse all changes made in 1.5 and insert new bugs and errors that are currently hidden in 1.4

patch 1.0 was the best, give me that wake and jala and im happy, old rankings were better just add the new ones on top so like a million for generall would actually mean something then.
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.
I think it's pretty clear now that the patch will be 1.5, not 2.0.
