Jak is the better than Jack imo. Still sounds the same but when you write it out people are like "oooh! " When I'm 18, I'm legally removing the "c". But yeh, Jack/Jak
just makes it so you have to spell it all the time...ShadowsStrike wrote:

Girl: Jane.
Yeh I never thought about that. I guess where my name is really Jack, it doesn't matter which way they spell it. Fair point tbhTC.Troy wrote:

I really like Jonathan. That's a very nice name if you ask me.
I'm all about different names...hell, my wife and I wanted to name our second (if it was a girl) B'lana...ShadowsStrike wrote:

My cats name is Kimo...(say: Kee-mo)
I love different names...but for the name holder, it can be a bitch really. My given name is Troy...as commonly, uncommon as that name is, you would be frickin' amazed at how many times I have to spell it.
Trust me, it's a bitch.
Yeh, I love different names. When (and if) I have a little girl I wanna call her Lana. I have heard of people called Ilana/Alana and now B'lana, but very rarely Lana.TC.Troy wrote:

Ontopic : I think Jakob/Jacob is a pretty cool name
Agreed Lana is a very pretty and unique name...could have lots o different spellins as well. Lets face it, with a name like Lana, I'd have to ask, because of all the different spellings possible.ShadowsStrike wrote:

And Agreed yet again...Jacob is a great name for a boy...it lends itself well to Jake etc etc.
Jack or Jonathan hands down but since your already exploring into Seagal ( hes named those in a couple of movies ) i would suggest maybe:
Travis
Mason
Casey
good choices by the way and good luck.
