The top portion of my task bar(the blue part of the window and the tabs) disappeared a few minutes ago. When I couldn't close it, I restarted, only to have it pop up the same way the next time I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del. There are also a bunch of links and images missing when I go online now. Anyone know what's going on or what I can do to fix this?
Ok, when I refreshed the page a few times, it went back to normal, but I still have several task manager windows(without the top) that are in my way.
to get the top back double click on the task manager.
I did. Still no worky.

That wasn't the problem, but after 2 restarts, it's now working again normally.Cheez wrote:
