VoiP, Commander and Squads....?

I've done some searching and can't find my answer so here it is..

I know squads can talk w/ each other via VoiP, but what I'm wondering is who can all hear the commander over VoiP? Can everyone on your team hear the commander bark out orders, inform of incoming enemy troops and so on?

I was playing on a server and the commander was rocking!!! Letting us know via the mini map where troops were, enemy vehicles and enemy air assets were. Then he would also inform us that there were 4 of 5 enemy troops in the Black Hawk and other detailed info like that...

I'm wondering does everyone hear him or just the squad leaders?

yeah thats the way a commander should play - constant communication
how do you do it so that the commander talks to all the squadleaders at once?

Rly? I thot that commander can't talk to squadleaders separately. I'm so wrong lol.

i dont think u can chat to individual squad leaders?
i thought u just press"V" to chat to all squad leaderS?

you can talk to individual by muting everyone else...

You may want to check your HUD when that happens, sometimes a commander will spot mutiple enemys and it may seem like they are spamming but I personally find it helpful at times

Yes but if there is an UAV in the area, spamming isn't helpful. Btw. it helps alot when you're behind the enemy lines.

I'll have to try pressing V and see if it works..

As for spamming Commanders... I personally don't think of it as spamming. I think a Commander pointing out enemy in your area or area of your team mates is essential!!! How many times have you been trying to cap a flag and either be C4'd, sniped or what have you because you didn't know anyone was there? I'd rather know there is someone there, where they are and what way they are looking.

I only call the enemy out that are near troops on my team, especially when the UAV is out..
