Today i was playing in a ghosttown only server and i came across this bug for the first time(i know its old but this the first time i've been victim), this guy kept Tking me and after trying to tell the admins i noticed he wasn't getting any minus points 
. It sucked because he was in a apc the whole time so i couldnt see his uniform or body skin so i didnt know what team he was actualley on till i noticed his score. The thing that sucked the most is no one even seemed to care that this was happening.
