If you read the whole thing, the guy was not complying with police what so ever. No that that warrants a beating, but considering the description of the event, the guys history of DUIs, it just shows that this guys was a fucking jackass and a piece of shit. According to the Police statement, they were pretty professional about it all. Even when the guy claimed to need medical assistance, which was probably bullshit too.
