which linked set? The one on newegg or crutchfield?? I really dig the price,speaker stands, and style of the newegg set.. If it will give me 1080p on Blu Ray with Dolby hd surround and 1080p (suppoerted titles of course) for ps3 games and surround I'm gonna get that one. I wouldnt mind having some left over monies for pc upgrades.. I need new HDD and a PSU..

The set from Newegg, get that one, the one for $799 before price drop. Do it and you won't be disappointed.

Keep in mind though, this is a serious system, and as such has more balls than most systems more than it's price range. Along with that, the receiver is pretty complex and offers you lots of options and has lots of features. You'll want to sit down and read the manual through once, then play around with the receiver, and read the manual again, because you'll still be a bit confused. Once you get the hang of it though, the system is very powerful in what it can do and will allow you to do what you want with it, not like those cheaper HTIB's that have 1 extra input, if you're lucky.

If you have questions with it, let me know; I'm pretty knowledgeable about Onkyo receivers and audio equipment in general (speakers, receivers, how to set up, etc).
