Install procedure

Right y'all, just got me a shiny new version of BF2:Deluxe Edition. Didn't get the complete collection because last I checked you could transfer Euro Force and Armored Fury purchases to new accounts. So, I need to install BF2: Deluxe, any patches and EF and AF. If anyone could help me with the correct order in which to install all these items, and the way to switch AF and EF to a new account I would be muchly grateful.
