You are a good sniper, pick those points that let you defend a maximum number of flags and defend them. Flag defense is how to win and winning is how to get the WCR.

If you start a new profile, just keep your W/L in mind when you play. Don't go for the underdog team all the time, they usually lose. Play on servers where team-play is a strong element, it may take a while to find servers like this, but they do exist. Join a good of well coordinated players, and ride out the wins.

Learn to whore jets and helis, air power is the strongest force in the game. You can with a heli or plane, influence the course of any game, usually always enough to win.

Don't play 24/7 Karkand servers, they are always a toss up unless you have severely uneven teams.

But, if you are unwilling to make a new profile, don't bother with the WCR, at this point in your profile, it's more or less impossible.

I'm on my way to proving this isn't true. I've dug my shit ratio up from 1.22 to 1.89 already, and its still goin up

yeah, the hardest part for me on all the medals is the time required....i have all the point requirements for all the servide medals (far exceeded, actually), but cant seem to get the time....ive been stuck around 200h on USMC for what seems like a month, dont ask how that works....anyway..i have a 1.41 W/L Ratio, and i have given up any hope of ever getting the WCR.

funny how the ribbons are all so easy to get and yet this one is not possible withouth purposly going for it from the start.

Roll with friends, or people you can trust. Try to have at least one of you as commander to eliminate the possibility of a nublet taking command. I know it's hard to take control of your whole team. But what you can do is to take on roles that have the most impact for the out come of the battle. Often this is the squad that sneaks to the back and caps the armor pool flag, or the TV station on Sharqi to deny them choppers. Then promptly suicide and spawn in with C4 to cripple the opposing commander. As long as you hold that key flag even a shit team can make it to other flags and shut them out. The other route is to fly the chopper / bomber and beat the crap out of them so your team can advance. If you decide to take this role you better make sure you are real good.. taking it from better players will only hurt your team. My 2c.

Every time I see nyte post it has some reference to how badass he is. Now, admittedly, the one time I played against nyte he managed to stab me twice... but still.

And as for the WCR, Afro hit it on the head. prioritize the flags that are most important, like the factory or gatehouse on karkand. Not only will it deny the other team their armor, it will give your team more armor. Flags like the tv station on sharqi house the attack chopper, which is the most powerful weapon on the map in the right hands; without the cobra to combat the havok, the MEC team will have absolute air superiority.

Squad hopping is vitally important. If you're by yourself, look around for squad leaders in important places, like any of the above mentioned flags. If you're with friends and your squad leader dies, rotate the dead people out of and back into the squad, so someone who is still alive is made the leader and you can spawn back in. This way you can keep an entire squad alive in enemy territory for long periods of time.

I don't think I'm ever getting that medal because all last week and then last night, every time I joined a server I came in on the losing team with only 5 tickets left. Sweet jesus it hurt to have that happen all the time.

Its imposible, what with lame joiners* and joining servers half way in.

*Counter Strike phraze, means, someone who joins the other team when the tickets are low to avoid loosing.
