I guess you probably wouldn't notice much difference. Here's a list of fixes/improvements:
Firefox 3.0.2 contains the following updates:

    * Fixed several security issues.
    * Fixed several stability issues.
    * Fixed a number of minor issues with the layout of certain web pages.

Ya think google chrome or whatever its called will be better than firefox? i personally prefer firefox any1 used chrome?

Chrome is a good browser, but too limited IMO. I love the ability of FF to have loads of add-ons and to be customized

Major feature over the other browsers is its ability to be customized with whatever you want.

The highlights of 3.0.2 are a bunch of security and bug fixes,


and on Mac's, the keyboard shortcuts were broken so this is more of a patch for that.
