yeah. I took my dads E8400 to 4GHz with that cooler with no problem. For the 45nm chips you really shouldn't go above 1.4V. At those voltages pretty much any cooler will do - except the stock one since they've gotten ridiculously small in the last gen. Quads are different since they produce way more heat, but duals aren't really temp limited.

imo it feels good (like it will run nice with an easy install)

This will be the second compy I built, and about half as complicated as the first

(Thermaltake Tai-Chi w/ lights and liquid cooling and SLI)

It should be arriving Monday, but POSSIBLY (Doubtfully) on Friday, as far as Monday goes expect pix of the process Tuesday or Wednesday

Okay, yeah, I didnt get two, there must be an error because on the wishlist I dont see it :\

Well heres the final product (along with pictures of my monitor and his comp running Crysis: Warhead on ALL ENTHUSIAST w/ 2X AA @ 1900x1200!!!! (I like 2X better than more or less)

I'm so envious of him but then again im proud of myself for building it
