so its not ur wireless connection its probally intermittant sync basically ur isp would be at fault normally tech support for an ISp right here

There are several things that could be wrong.  Your router, the one that connects you to your cable... I'm assuming you have broadband, could be fried happened to me (3 times). So make sure that that is working, like the lights are on, different for each router usually marked with send and recieve make sure those two are blinking.

Next, there are a host of wireless router problems that could be affecting you.  I could explain them (wow I'm going to sound like a jerk) but I have to sleep badly... like my screen seems to be melting... anyways, the manual that came with the router should have some help.

I don't know if they would help but.  Run -> then type "ipconfig" w/o quotations.  That should list your IP info and stuff.  Okay someone else take over.  I can't think straight. lol.  GL.
