Grid Problems

So im on my lappy and grid wont run properly when i try and play it.

Its really choppy and when i hit abutton to turn or anything it takes about 4 seconds for it to register. So its not playbale at all. I've already tried turning down all the settings and that didnt work.

Asus M70VM B1
Intel T9400 6mb 2.53ghz 45nm
4gb DDR2 800 ram
200gb 7200 rpm HD
nVidia 9600m GS
Vista 64 bit Home Premium

As usual, he should check his drivers and look around for known issues with various hardware/driver setups.

At least I'm guessing that's what he means. It sounds like a racing game by the way he describes it.
