My guys have a fixed amount of time to get legalized ( lol ) or I have to let them go because we use a verified payroll service that flags their names.
At this juncture, it seems irrelevant imo. There are MILLIONS of illegal aliens just in California and that, gentlemen, was the condition when I moved here 22 years ago.
You have no demand for accountability from your leaders but expect the small business guy to solve the border issue, and hence sound like ignorant fools.

My highest paid installer makes 60k in a good year.
We do some of the easiest and best paying construction work that there is, but that's what it is.
I've had a parade of citizens come through here, 90% of which had so much baggage that they had no drivers licenses and were pretty much at the same level as illegal aliens, when it comes to being employable. Lots of white guys seem to think they've got it made because their parents own houses, and they really aren't into working.
Any smart motivated craftsmen goes into business for himself, and what you are left with is the dregs of soceity. The illegal aliens trim the bushs at mayor Antonio Varagosas mansion. They work for all the celebrities and they tend the children of politicians. Expecting me to be silent because of this overwhelming situational reality is ridiculous.
It doesn't take a tin foil hat to see the politicians have engineered the financial collapse so as to seize and nationalize massive segemenst of the economy. They have also engineered the border situation to further their unstated goal of a north american union. My solution also requires a groundup reworking of America. It starts with gunfire.
