Can you put your arm around 6-16 year old girls' shoulders without getting sued.
I'm going through a phase of heavy boredom thus surfing pics of friends on facebook(many of which I barely know)
I'm rly fkin surprised at the percentage of people with a picture of some form of cartoon character around shoulder.
P.S. No I don't have 6yr old facebook friends, but still

Only someone dressed as Mickey or Miney or Elmo can do that without getting put down on rape charges.
