Am trying to update my blu ray player (panasonic BD-30) to version 2.0. I did it a few months ago to 1.7 without too much of a hassel but this one doesnt seem to want to go in.

Downloaded the file. Extracted it, and put it on the disc (it appears as a file on the disc), yet when I put it in the machine, I get an error message saying unsupported.
This was the same ''problem'' I had last time, but I fixed it fairly quickly once I realised my mistake. Thing is, am not making that mistake this time (or atleast I dont think I am). Last time I just put the raw download on the disc without extracting.
If it makes any difference when I did 1.7 it was on an XP machine, this is on vista.
