well you could intrepet it either way... which only further proves my point that the headline sucks... but tbh i always thought it was suicide bomber kills 9 meaning he killed 9 people, and then himself which makes ten.

it just seemed funny at the time because it was early morning, and i hadn't even finished my coffee yet so it sounded retarded to me.
