Does anybody have one they're not using or don't want anymore?

Nano/Video/Classic would be fine. Located in the USA.

I don't want to buy new, and I'd rather have an iPod because the head unit in my car has the ipod cable, and I don't want to pay the extra $30 for the aux-in cable.

$30 for a 3.5mm to RCA/3.5mm?! A cable like that is 50 cents here.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

There has to be some other form of interface. Rip it out and see if there's an RCA input on the rear.

Uhhh dude I put the thing in and installed all the wiring for my car audio, I think I'd know how it all connected. The RCA's on the back are pre-outs for my amps.

That's the cable I need to use anything besides an iPod, and this is the cable I have. With that cable I can control an ipod from my deck, meaning I can throw it into my glove box and not have it laying out.

With anything but an iPod, I have to change the songs from the Mp3 player itself and the deck won't recognize the songs.
