Lord of the Rings: Return of the PISSED OFF King

So, I got the the box set of the lord of the rings last Christmas, but have only just got round to watching them. Watched the first two over the last couple of days, and so today I sat down to watch the final film today. Just as the final battle is getting going it asks for the 2nd disk to be put in, so I get it out of the box, and put it in.
But instead of being greeted with the final part of the film, I get a copy of the part 6 (final extra's disk) in fucking German, I mean WTF!! Check the disk and the label says part 2 Return of the King. I am so pissed off right now!!!

Did you check the setup menu to make sure it wasn't just set to German instead of English?

Yes but the only options are German subtitles or no, German subtitles. And this wont alter the fact that it has the extras on it and not the 2nd part of the film like it supposed to be!

I could torrent the film but then I have a nice shiny DVD box set that it ruined I would rather have the proper disk.

Don't know where they were bought from as it was a gift and like I say got it last Christmas so I doubt I will get much joy there...

I may have to try the old buy a new copy and return it, I mean they can check the disk if they want so that might be the way to go.

Check but like I said, the disk is supposed to be the second part of the film, but is actually the Part 6 appendices (the 4th disk in the Return of the King set) in German, I checked the corresponding disk in my set and the menu and everything is exactly the same, except it's in German. There has obviously been a manufacturing error and they labelled up the disk totally wrong.

I went on the New line site, but their "contact us" link doesn't seem to work. So I left a feedback on the official LOTR DVD site, and have received an automated "thank you" response, but not sure that I will get anything else back...

I know could just get a copy to watch, but the main thing is I'm not all that annoyed that I can't watch the film, it's the fact that I have all these DVD's in the fancy box set but they are pointless without the final disk. If it had been one of the extra's disk wouldn't have all the bothered cus I probably wouldn't have ended up watching it anyway.
All in all it's the principle of the thing!

Actually, when I was in London, the security guard was being a faggot and checked me after I was round the chewing gums if I took one. (probably because of my style)
