If he knows your full name and city/zip code, it actually isn't that hard to find your address unless you do that thing where you keep it private. There are websites (you have to pay for the better ones) that will give addresses fairly reliably if you know that stuff. I really wouldn't worry at all though, especially if he sent that message to the other guy, he's a big talking 14-year old shitbag.

Depending on what info he have on you, a simple name can give out almost everything needed to locate you on the internet. No name, it make it real dificult, Unless he really is pissed off a you and is willing to put the effort into it you can sleep well at night.
