Perhaps you misunderstood my original post... I never meant to imply that there was any deliberate intent from GWB to fan the flames of racism around the world, it just so happens that his foreign policy and the replacement of Communists with Muslims has inadvertently had this exact knock-on effect. Also, right, hard-right and ultra-right are all on the wrong side of the racist spectrum... obviously a moderate right-wing conservative isn't automatically a racist but right-wing conservatism ultimately results in racism when you go far enough in that political direction (in most European countries at least, America may be different because of the melting-pot nature of its own national identity).

Serbian Democratic Party Radovan Karadžić's old party... nice guys once you get to know them.
Ataka (National Attack Union) Bulgarian right-wing party... looking out for the 'fatherland' supposedly.
French National Front Jean-Marie Le Pen's party, this guy didn't even want Zidane to play for France!

All of these right-wing Nationalist parties claim their beliefs are based on conservative values and principles.

Beograd is incomparable to any part of "Republika Srbska" in Bosnia. In RS it takes balls NOT to sell Karadzic memorabilia

Ive eaten it nearly every night since I arrived in the Balkans. So far Ive hit Split, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Belgrade, Sarajevo. Next stop Mostar.

Yeah Poe, Im Bosnian. Im looking forward to hear your impression of the balkans.

When you are in Mostar, if you are interested, go in to a tourist buro (or what you call it) and ask for a "war tour". Every city in Bosnia has it. They will show you where the lines were, where the combat was, they will get you some veterans to tell their stories etc. If thats your thing.

Also I forgot to suggest, if you are in to old history and archaeology you should consider visiting the excavation of the "Bosnian Pyramid" located near Sarajewo. Basically its suggested that its one of the oldest man made structures ever discovered. So far its contested - for every expert saying that it is a man made structure there is an expert saying that its not. But in any case it is accessible to the public.
