For breakfast I had rice porridge, cup of milk, and cup water
I drank 1 bottle of water during 1st and second period.
Took a piss right after second, piss was like lemon juice.
Drank another bottle of water during 3 and 4th, took piss during middle of fourth.
piss was lime water colored.
Drank 2 and 1/2 bottle of water during lunch, pissed during 5th, and drank some more.
Piss was near clear colored.
Pissed 20 minutes into 6th period, then drank like hell.
Then drank some more.
Was last in line during hydration test, was a f***ing pain to hold, was very relieved when I pissed.
Took a piss in a 8oz cup, overflowed it by around 2 1/2 times.
Piss was fucking clear white.
Got .009 on gravity test, and passing point was .025.
In total, drank about 7~8 bottles of water today.
I hate hydration test.
After, took my body fat test, found out I had 12.6% fat.
can drop down to 135, currently at 155.
