Well, I for one am glad they don't. Last weeks episode was way better than that pile of shite.madmurre wrote:
It´s defintly the best one together with the day before the day after tomorrow imo. Agree with Nuk would be nice to see them making more of that stuff.Bertster7 wrote:

- 'South Park' vs. Lucas and Spielberg: Too far?
All I have to say is Thank God someone finally called out Lucas and Spielberg.. Just when you don't think they could do anything worse the Episodes 1 through 3 they come up with that horrible Clone Wars movie(the show isn't bad, but then I'm just looking for any reason to keep the Originals Alive)..
It was just a request for them to throw in the towel(lucas and Spielberg) they did there good and made great movies. Now like Rob Snieder, Ben Stiller and others who can't go out on top, their past successes will only be a distant memories to there cashing in and yes Raping their older successes.. Sure we all pay to see these movies because we're suckers for the past and reach for memories of our childhood. Then when everyone complains about the garbage they put out, they battle us with Ticket Sales and say "someone liked it", then put out an other movie which we all hope will be better.
So I don't care if the episode was funny or not, it was just something that needed to be said..
OH and fuck LUCAS AND SPIELBURG

You don't grasp the subtle satire behind the entire episode, then. Not terribly surprising, considering you live in Britain.Bertster7 wrote:

Yeah, its more of an American thing. If you understood our culture in regards to sports, you would find it incredibly funny.
wait, doesn't a few dozen people die per soccer riot over there? I think Sports fetishism are a little more hardcore over there tbh.nukchebi0 wrote:

Yeah, I would be suprised if any Euros got that episode...the episode hinged on the fact that we are so laid back at our games. (particularly baseball games)RoosterCantrell wrote:

It was the obsession with youth sports, I thought, that it was really lampooning.
